What is group exercise you ask? Group exercise is class based workouts that have a group of people follow along with an instructor. We offer all sorts of different classes like martial arts inspired classes (Tae-Box), Salsa classes, special weight training classes, lower back strengthening classes, seniors classes and so much more. Our group exercise studio is extremely large, and has over 40 feet of windows for a huge amount of natural light. The studio also has exceptional ventilation so no matter how hot your workout is, the studio will keep its cool.
